By mail for eligible adult renewals, or in person at the Israeli consulate by appointment for first passports, minors and other cases.
Step by step

- Fill in and sign the application form.
- Get two photos: 5x5 cm on a white background for in-person applications, or two 2x2 inch color photos taken in the last 3 months for mail applications.
- Pay by card (not American Express), cashier's check or money order payable to your consulate. Personal checks are not accepted.
- Mail the originals with a prepaid return envelope or FedEx label, or book an appointment on your consulate's website and attend in person with all your passports.
